She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Business, combining educational expertise with organizational and leadership knowledge. Throughout her career, Barbara has worked closely with students, parents, teachers, and school staff, developing strong skills in communication, organization, customer service, and workplace professionalism. Her passion for education and commitment to supporting others have allowed her to positively impact learning environments and contribute to the success of school communities. 

With over 38 years of experience in Administrative Support, Human Resources, workforce operations, and professional development, Joy Walker brings extensive knowledge and real-world expertise to workplace training and development. Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources and is passionate about helping professionals develop the skills needed to succeed in today’s workplace. Through years of experience supporting organizations and employees, Joy understands the importance of communication, leadership, customer service, productivity, and professional growth, and is committed to empowering individuals and organizations through practical, engaging, and results-driven training.
